Lodhra Modern Builders completed this traditional custom home in Paramus, New Jersey, transforming an existing property into a new 7,500 sq. ft. residence designed around the homeowner’s family needs. The home features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, and a newly poured concrete foundation on a 0.22 acre lot.
The project included careful planning to accommodate accessibility requirements, including a larger first floor bedroom designed to provide greater comfort and ease of use for a family member with a disability. Lodhra Modern Builders also guided the homeowner through the variance process with the Paramus Board before coordinating with the architect and beginning construction. The home was completed in 2023 after approximately 17 months of construction.
