Lodhra Modern Builders completed 141 Teaneck Road as a custom traditional home after an extensive renovation was found to be impractical due to significant structural damage and water infiltration issues. What began as an approximately 8,000 sq. ft. renovation was transformed into a complete new construction project, resulting in a nearly 9,000 sq. ft. residence on a 0.34 acre lot.
The new home features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a 3 car garage, and a newly poured concrete foundation. Lodhra Modern Builders also supported planning and design coordination, including the incorporation of usable attic living space requested by the homeowner. The project was completed in 2026 after 11 months of construction, with imported finishes and materials sourced through the company’s network to maintain quality while helping control project costs.
