Lodhra Modern Builders completed this traditional style custom home as a new construction project, creating approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of living space on a 15,416 sq. ft. lot. Built for the homeowner, the residence features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, and utilizes the property’s existing basement foundation.
Working within a defined budget, Lodhra Modern Builders focused on maximizing value through careful selection of materials, finishes, and design elements. The result is a clean, modern interior within a traditionally styled home, designed for functionality, quality, and long term value. Construction began in 2025 and was completed in 2026 within approximately six months.
